ALAIN MESTAT

MANAGING PARTNER

Alain has 30 years of experience in international banking and corporate finance, with extensive expertise in climate tech companies and sustainability initiatives.

As a former Director at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe in Luxembourg, Alain spent 13 years leading international marketing and corporate communication, significantly contributing to the bank's business development in Private Banking, Asset Management, and Institutional Fund Services.

Before his tenure at Edmond de Rothschild, Alain founded and managed Advena Management, one of the first multi-client Family Offices in the US, catering to Middle Eastern UHNW families. After nearly 8 successful years, he sold the company to a group of Middle Eastern investors.

Currently, Alain is the Founder and Managing Partner of Luxinvest Capital Advisors, which includes several Luxembourg-based niche wealth structuring companies.

As a Luxembourg national, Alain possesses deep knowledge and broad expertise in the Luxembourg Financial Center. He holds a BA and a Master's in International Finance and Economics from Brandeis University and is an INSEAD alumnus.

Alain serves on multiple boards of international companies and Luxembourg-based institutions. Passionate about art and collectibles, Alain is also a dedicated advocate for sustainability, holding various certifications and credentials in this field.

Alain is also currently acting as a mentor for the Green Fintech program run on-site at the LHoFT’s innovation Hub in Luxembourg assisting promising Fintech firms, fostering innovation in sustainable financial technologies.
